This website is operated by Teodoru IP SRL (“we”, “us”), trading as RomaniaTrademarks. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this site.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why
Enquiries (contact form). Name, organisation, country, email and the content of your message. Purpose: to receive and respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: steps prior to a possible engagement and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Newsletter. Name, company, country, email, and a record of your consent (including time and, where applicable, technical metadata). Purpose: to send our newsletter. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), confirmed by double opt-in. You may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link.
Anti-spam (Cloudflare Turnstile). A challenge token used to tell humans from bots on our forms. Purpose: security and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)). Provider: Cloudflare.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4). Usage data via cookies, only if you consent. Purpose: to understand and improve the site. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Provider: Google. See the Cookie Notice.
Server logs. IP address, request data and timestamps, kept briefly for security and operation. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Recipients and processors
We share data only with service providers acting on our instructions: our hosting provider [NAME], our email/SMTP provider [NAME], Cloudflare (Turnstile [and analytics, if used]) and Google (Analytics, with consent). We do not sell personal data.
4. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA (e.g. the United States). Where they do, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision and/or appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Details on request.
5. Retention

6. Your rights
