Industrial designs

A registered design protects the appearance of a product or part of it — lines, contours, colours, shape, texture, materials and ornamentation. We secure design rights in Romania, across the EU, and through the international route, and we enforce them.

A design must be new and have individual character. As with trade marks, there are national (OSIM), EU (EUIPO) and international (Hague) routes, frequently combined.
