We file, prosecute and defend trade marks and industrial designs across three jurisdictions — Romania (OSIM), the European Union (EUIPO) and the international systems administered by WIPO — and we handle the office actions that arise on international designations of Romania and the EU.
We act as local counsel for foreign agents and their clients. Patents, copyright, domain names and litigation complete the practice; trade marks and designs are its centre.
